CEDAR is an NGO established in 1994. CEDAR, for more than 2 decades, largely worked for the abolition of child labour in Viruthunagar, Thuthukudi and Thirunelveli districts of Tamilnadu, reaching out to 144 child labour prone villages. Now they’re working for children and youth coming from the most marginalized and excluded communities in Tamilnadu to help them realize their ‘creative potentials’ and ‘agency’.
